SQUAT TO OVERHEAD PRESS

Step 1: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, elbows bent, an 8-pound weight in each hand.

Step 2: Lower into squat. Hold.

Step 3: Push through heels to stand up, pressing weights at chest then overhead. Return to starting position. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
