Step 1: Begin by wrapping the resistance band around both ankles and stand with feet hip-width apart.

Step 2: Get down into a squat position making sure to sit back with the hips and keep your knees behind your toes.

Step3: From the squat position, jump straight up with your hands to your sides while keeping your feet hip-width apart.

Step 4: Land back into the squatting position. Make sure that the band stays tight within the movement so there is constant resistance on your outer thighs. Do 15 – 20 reps.
