Step 1: Get in a standard pushup position. As you’re lowering your body to the ground, lift your right foot off the ground and swing your right leg out sideways, trying to touch your knee to your elbow.

Step 2: Reverse the movement, and then lift your body back to the starting position.

Step 3: Repeat, but on your next repetition touch your left knee to your left elbow. Continue to alternate back and forth. 10 – 15 reps.
