ONE LEG HIP BRIDGE

Perform the One Leg Hip Bridge for a better butt this bathing suit season. The hip bridge strengthens your buttocks while decreasing the tension in your hip flexors and other surrounding tissues.

Step 1: Lie on your back with one knee bent, your heel on the floor and with your toes pulled up toward your shins. The other knee should be flexed and drawn in towards your chest, use your abdominals to maintain this position.

Step 2: From this position contract your glutes and abdominals and push your hips as high as you can. Repeat for 15 total reps on each side.
