  • It’s time to shut it down. When you’re finished shaving, splash cold water on your face or use some ice cubes to close your pores. Remember, shaving is an act of exfoliation, therefore you’re taking skin off your epidermis (the outermost layer of your skin).

  • Do not touch your face for at least two hours. It may be tempting, but your skin is so fresh and clean that it becomes very susceptible to dirt, oil and bacteria.
