-
When you’re finished shaving, rinse your brush with warm water.
-
Next, using your free hand, start squeezing (not pulling) the hairs on the brush to get out the excess shaving solution.
-
Once you’ve squeezed the hairs, start flicking the brush to eliminate any excess product or water buildup.
-
Always place your brush with the hair facing down in a stand, so any leftover water moves away from the base of the hairs. This prevents mildew from forming and stinking up the brush.
-
Never place your brush in a place without air circulation, like a cabinet or a plastic bag.
PRZ TIP:
You get what you pay for, so if you buy a cheap shave brush, it’s not going to last long. If you invest in a good one, it’s definitely going to last longer. Either way, get in the habit of cleaning all your tools and taking care of them. If you take a little extra care, you’ll maintain it and can pass it down for generations to come.
